Alison Stewart Founder, Harmony Coach

I spent 25 years co-building and leading an IT business. Not coaching from the sidelines - actually in it. Hiring people, losing people, trying to hand over the reins and watching it not work the way I'd hoped.

For a long time I thought the answer was finding better people. It wasn't. The answer was understanding people better. How they're wired, what drains them, what makes them feel trusted rather than managed. 

Once we figured that out, everything changed. 

We built a leadership team that could genuinely run without us. And the satisfaction I got from watching them succeed on their own was greater than anything I'd achieved myself.

That realisation sent me back to training. I qualified as a transformational life coach and a leadership coach through ICF accredited programmes. And I started building the frameworks I wished someone had handed me ten years earlier.

POWERS™ came first. A structured way to see where someone is actually losing energy - not where they think they are, but where the data points.

I built it because the leaders I know are rigorous about auditing their business and hopeless at auditing themselves.

PowerHouse™ came from 25 years of watching the same team dynamics play out in different rooms. Five power types. Predictable patterns. And a practical way to stop managing everyone the same way and start leading each person the way they actually need.

I work with individuals who are successful and quietly running on empty. And I work with managers and business owners who want their teams to communicate better, perform better, and actually enjoy working together.
