My passion is unlocking people to enable their true potential. I help individuals understand themselves better so that they can interrelate more successfully and achieve their goals.

How did I get here?

I've spent the last 20 years co-running an IT MSP. During this time there were not many challenges we haven't faced and we learned to ride the rollercoaster highs and lows of business life.

We employed great people over the years but the buck always seemed to stop with us whenever the proverbial hit the fan. We were spending a fortune on staff but still seemed unable to hand over the ropes and accountability effectively.

Today, through a long time of learning the hard way together with a much shorter investment in Life and Leadership coaching, we have built a strong leadership team that feels empowered and accountable. 

The joy I get from seeing the team achieve success by themselves is worth so much more than when it was my own - 

I've come to realise that life and business are really all about relationships and how to make the most of them.

It’s taken us 20 years to get this far. I wish someone had shared what I know now 10 years ago - we'd be even further ahead.

So now that things are in hand for our business I am passionate about helping other MSP businesses become effective at building amazing teams and culture that creates extraordinary results.

I choose the MSP business because I know the challenges, the relationships that are needed and I understand that Techies tend to need a little more help than most with this stuff!

I trained as a Transformational Life coach with Animas and am also  a certified guide for GiANT leadership coaching.
